Initial Use: Wash with mild soap and dry thoroughly before first use.
Daily Care: Clean after use; avoid dropping or soaking in strong chemicals.
Washing: Dishwasher safe (Top rack only). Removable silicone seal for easy washing. Avoid high heat or abrasive tools.

How much food does it hold?

Main compartment: 2.1 cups (fits a whole sandwich). Side compartments: 0.6 cups each (snacks/fruit/dips—about 5 shrimp or 6 apple slices each). Designed for kids & lighter adult meals.
Why is it tight to open?

The seal is snug for leak protection. Warm-water rinse/soak can make opening easier.
Does the silicone ring come off?

Yes, it’s removable for deep cleaning. Press it evenly back into the groove before closing.
Is it insulated?

No, it’s not insulated. For temperature control, use an insulated lunch bag/ice pack.
Is the lid made of plastic or stainless steel? Why is it transparent?

The lid is made of Tritan (a safe, BPA-free, high-quality plastic) widely used in baby bottles. We chose a clear Tritan lid so you can easily see the food inside without opening it. It is shatter-proof, lightweight.
